Upon receipt of these details, we will furnish you with a complimentary quotation within a 24-hour timeframe.

To facilitate neighbor participation and ensure everyone is well-informed about the process, we organize neighborhood fence meetings. Additionally, we issue detailed quotations/contracts that outline the Shared Cost arrangement for the fence, where each party is responsible for 50% of the actual fence costs. Each neighbor will then confirm their contribution towards the project. Express Fence is committed to making every effort to achieve full neighbor participation.

Please ensure your full name, address, phone number, and email are accurately filled in the designated areas. Then, sign and date the contract at the specified section at the bottom of the document.

Our process involves dividing the project into phases, each encompassing a minimum of eight homes that are adjacent and/or share back boundaries. Once we have obtained the final signature for each phase, the completion of the fencing project typically requires a timeframe of approximately 3-4 weeks.

Upon receiving the last signature, the following process is initiated: Express Fence schedules its team and requests locates for any public underground utilities. A professional surveyor will then mark the property lines. Subsequently, our Post Team begins the work by digging post holes and setting the posts in place. Following this, our Framing Team proceeds with the installation of panels and gates. Finally, our project manager conducts a thorough inspection of all completed work to ensure quality and satisfaction.

As the excavator of the project, Express Fence will handle the request for public utility locates at no additional cost to the homeowner.

Payment is requested upon the completion of the project. Our project manager will conduct an inspection of the work before initiating the payment process. We accept payments via e-transfers, personal checks, and also VISA and Mastercard, although please note that a fee will be applied for credit card transactions.

Understanding the importance of durability and proper installation for residential fences, Express Fence offers a 5-year workmanship warranty on our fences. For specific details and conditions of the warranty, please refer to the information provided on the back of your contract.
